These terms govern the text-message program operated by Stennett Business Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By providing your mobile number and consenting to be texted — either by checking a consent box on our website or by telling us so on a phone call — you agree to these terms.
Program description
We operate the following messaging programs, and you choose them independently:
- Service messages — appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and replies about work in progress.
- Marketing messages — occasional offers, promotions, and service news.
- Appointment confirmations — one text message confirming your appointment, sent when you have verbally agreed to it on a phone call with us.
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. You may consent to service messages without consenting to marketing messages.
How you opt in
There are two ways you can opt in, and they are separate from each other:
- On this website. You check the relevant consent box on a form on this website and submit it with your mobile number. Consent boxes are never pre-checked, and you can submit any form on this site without checking either one.
- Verbally, on a phone call with us. You tell us during a call that you agree to receive one text message confirming your appointment. We record the date, time, and substance of that consent. A verbal opt-in covers appointment confirmations only — we never treat a verbal opt-in as consent to marketing messages, which can only be given by checking the marketing box on this website.
Message frequency
Service and marketing messages. Message frequency varies.
Appointment confirmations. Message frequency is one message per appointment.
Cost
We do not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your mobile carrier.
How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, sign up again as described above.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
Privacy
Your mobile number and your messaging consent are handled as described in the text messaging & mobile information section of our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
